1. Penerimaan Ketentuan Selamat datang di OWRITE. Dengan mengakses, menjelajahi, atau menggunakan situs web ini (“Situs”), Anda mengakui bahwa Anda telah membaca, memahami, dan setuju untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan Penggunaan ini (“Ketentuan”). 3. Perilaku Pengguna Anda setuju untuk menggunakan Situs hanya untuk tujuan yang sah menurut hukum. Anda dilarang memposting atau mengirimkan materi apa pun melalui Situs yang melanggar hukum, berbahaya, memfitnah, cabul, melecehkan, atau tidak pantas. Konten Buatan Pengguna Jika Anda memposting, memberi komentar, atau mengirimkan konten apa pun ke Situs (“Konten Pengguna”), Anda memberikan OWRITE lisensi non-eksklusif, bebas royalti, abadi, dan berlaku di seluruh dunia untuk menggunakan, mereproduksi, memodifikasi, dan menampilkan Konten Pengguna tersebut. Anda menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa Anda memiliki atau mempunyai hak yang diperlukan atas Konten Pengguna yang Anda kirimkan dan konten tersebut tidak melanggar hak pihak ketiga mana pun. Kami berhak, namun tidak berkewajiban, untuk menghapus Konten Pengguna apa pun atas kebijakan kami sendiri.
5. Penafian Jaminan Situs dan kontennya disediakan “sebagaimana adanya” dan “sebagaimana tersedia” tanpa jaminan apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat. 7. Hukum yang Mengatur Ketentuan ini akan diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Republik Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan pertentangan prinsip hukumnya. Setiap tindakan hukum atau proses yang timbul berdasarkan Ketentuan ini akan diajukan secara eksklusif di pengadilan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia.
